Rose Geranium Flower For  peace of mind and promotion of calm in yourself, your home,and an improved sleep pattern, it is important to let go of certain responsibilities in the work place. We need to learn to say “no” to certain demands,usually demands that we place upon ourselves, believing we are the only ones who can execute the job properly.

Essential oils are useful in helping us relax, naturally, without taking tranquilisers, sleeping pills etc.Take the pressure off your heart by helping yourself and using these oils, correctly .Create time for yourself, at least once a week.

Use the following essential oils in a full bath:

  • 2 drops Rose Geranium,
  • 4 drops  lavender, and
  • 2 drops neroli.

After a relaxing bath, stretch slowly for a few minutes to remove toxins from the muscles.  Breathe deeply..

Complete the treatment by massaging some of  this   blended oil into your body:

  • 2 Tablespoons almond oil
  • 5 drops Neroli,
  • 10 drops lavender,
  • 5 drops Rose Geranium and
  • 10 drops of lemon.

This will benefit you both internally and externally!!
